What we collect

When you submit the fix-finder form, we collect your name (optional), email address, and the problem text you provide. This is used to send you a fix and to improve our library.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. It aggregates page view data without collecting personally identifiable information.

Email communications

When you submit the form, we send you an email containing your fix. We also receive a notification with your submission. We do not add you to a marketing list. You will not receive emails from us unless you reply to start a conversation.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the site and deliver fixes:

• Netlify — hosting and form processing
• Resend / Zoho SMTP — email delivery
• Airtable — internal submission logging (optional, only if configured)
• Stripe — payment processing for Discovery Sessions
• Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use tracking cookies.
• We do not run retargeting or advertising pixels.
• We do not share your submission with any vendor.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
